I am an only child, so I have no brothers or sisters. I have a husband, Michael and we have twins, Caterina and Josep. In July, we are expecting child #3!

What do you think the Picasso sculpture represents?
The untitled Picasso in Daley Plaza always reminded me of a jungle cat or lion, like a mystical cartoon animal.

Sadly, I missed this trip, so I have nothing to report.

I love the blue Chagall window. It's always my favorite. I always visit it on a trip to the Art Institute.
I also love Georgia O'Keefe's giant cloudscape painting. This painting is not my favorite, but I love the space, as it's located at the top of a quiet double staircase. It's a serene place to visit.
Finally, the new Modern Wing is also interesting. Here are some pictures from the street. You might notice that the bridge is accessible from across the street, in Millennium Park.

ReplyDeleteI think your children's pictures are very nice... One of my hobbies are traveling too. I had just traveled to different cities in my country but I'm happy to be here in Chicago, greetings.
ReplyDeleteAndrea, thank you! I think they are pretty cute. In Chile I have only been to Santiago and Zapallar, the beach. I wish to travel to more places, especially to the south, It is beautiful!
